I had excellent days staying at this nice basic hotel. I have just spent 4 days in twin room with a double bed, the shower and a clean bath, and enjoyed it. First-class service, even though a few employees...

Great area, very central location next to supermarkets, Princes and George Street and bus station. Big unit with large bathroom, a shower and TV channels.

We did not want to leave there and would love to come back. Had comfortable stay on a business trip and the weather was lovely. The airport was 15 km away from here, great location. Also, a combined museum was within a 25-minute...  

The place was fairly clean, I booked the twin room with city views, everything was excellant. My room included a high ceiling, a storage, and tea/coffee. The food was fab, reasonably priced. The location was very central, just off Dean Village and Edinburgh Town center. The service offered was first-class.

I truly enjoyed being there, the place is appealing.

They offered functional and new-fashioned rooms with a spacious bathroom and good shower plus very comfortable beds. The public parking was on-site, first-class service.

Pleasant place with welcoming staff at the reception desk, liked it. The setting was magnificent, really close to trams and train station, great restaurants and shops and central Edinburgh-Piries. We found out reasonable prices in the hotel.

Overall great location just off the main tourist attraction in Edinburgh, direct tram line and a garden. Cheap unit with a spacious bathroom.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff member who went out of their way to provide me with valuable local knowledge. The location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs. I had a decent stay and would definitely consider returning.

Good choice for one night, felt like home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless and airy with very comfortable beds. The restaurant was nice, and the staff polite.
